Our turnaround time varies greatly depending on the size and complexity of your order.
Once we gather all the required information, we will provide you with clear expectations for production time needed to complete your order.
Every item we create and produce for you is backed by us. We very rarely have issues with our work and we take our quality and service very seriously at Pacific Metal Fab.
Any and all damaged/defective items must be reported upon receiving your order as soon as possible so we can address a solution quickly.
We will cover ground freight on all approved damaged/defective items.
We will provide you an accurate expectation of production time and will guarantee the day your order will leave our facility. We have a very high success rate with our shipping and freight carriers, but you take a risk beyond our control on exact dates.
If you purchase a guaranteed air service and your order arrives late, please notify us so we can work with the shipping carrier to get you a refund on that extra charge.
Express air shipping guarantees will be different depending on carrier and destination address.
Our order minimum depends on the services required by you the customer. We will notify you of our minimum charges if that issue arises with a small order. If your order falls below the minimum amount, we will notify you and you may accept the prorated minimum charge, or increase quantities to get you past the minimum charge.
We will not move forward with an order below our minimum charges until it has been acknowledged and approved by you the customer that your order will be prorated to the minimum charges.
